| 1. Before the electric welding machine is plugged into the power source and starts to work, clean the contact points of the two upper and lower electrodes to avoid leakage and short circuit. 2. Switch opening sequence: control circuit steering-welding current-adjust the level-water source-air source-power on. 3. After turning on the power, check again whether the electrical circuit is aging or damaged, whether the operating system is normal, and whether the shell is leaking. If there is any problem, turn off the power immediately and replace it. 4. At the same time of welding, pay attention to keeping the surrounding environment dry, and the drainage volume cannot be adjusted and the temperature of the drainage temperature is below 40°. 5. When it is found during the electric welding process that the pilot tube cannot produce an arc, it is strictly prohibited to increase the fuse and close the pilot circuit. 6. After the welding is over, cut off the power immediately and clean up the various circuits to avoid the risk of short circuit caused by accidental closing. |
